Through the Workshop “Triage, is there life far beyond the S.T.A.R.T Method?”, the Triage TASSICA card occupied a prominent position in the VII Conferences about Safety, Emergencies and Catastrophes at University of Málaga.
Since 2006, the University of Málaga, has been celebrating annually conferences about multidisciplinary issues within the field of emergencies and catastrophes. In its VII edition, the Triage TASSICA card was protagonist of the workshop “Triage, is there life far beyond the S.T.A.R.T Method?”
This workshop about an introduction and later development of the TASSICA 2 Card was given by Gema Gamo Díaz (connections with SUMMA 112 and TASSICA Emergency, Training & Research S.A).
The TASSICA 2 Card, is a professional “triage” card, aimed at emergency health care services in the intervention in incidents with multiple victims (IMV) ensuring the assistance coordination over the multiplicity of operative managers.
The attendance to this Workshops dedicated to triage was a great success tripling the expected demand of attendants, being the final balance very positive both by the Organization, participants and students.
