Dr. Tomás Villanueva, the second vice president and advisor of Economy and Employment of the autonomous government of Castile and Leon, visited Segovia on the morning of Wednesday, 24th of March 2010, in order to assist in the inauguration of the VICAM building, where he also made a visit to the facilities of TASSICA EMERGENCY, TRAINING & RESEARCH S.A. and chatted with the members of the directory.

About 250 people were invited to the opening act of the VICAM building. Apart from the Advisor of Economy were present: Javier Santamaría, the president of Segovia 21 and of the county council ; Domingo Asenjo, the mayor of Palazuelos de Eresma; Manuel Vidal, the president of the Regional Counsel of the Chambers; Atilano Soto, the president of the Caja Segovia; Eduardo Moreno, the president of the Superior Counsel of the Chambers of Spain; Jesús Postigo, the president of the Chamber of Commerce; Pedro Palomo, the president of the FES and the congressmen Jesús Merino, Javier Gómez Darmendrail, David Rubio and Octavio Cantalejo among other authorities and the main economic agents of Segovia.
