 When offering health care services we take as starting point a setting where the public function takes the role of the agent and payer. As an outcome of this evolution we can mention mixed models of collaboration such as the “model Alzira" that guarantees the universality in the services with high-quality parameters without forgetting the efficiency and optimization of the resources. These formulas of public ownership-private exploitation shape the future of this sector.

In this context new challenges and opportunities are presented both for the managers of public and private entities. This situation forces to a deep understanding and knowledge of this new status quo to anyone who wants to develop professionally so as to run any of this organizations.  

The whole MBA curriculum must simultaneously develop essential competences of the professional: problem analysis, research and communications-solving, teamworking, negotiation and decision-making. 


 The main objective of this Master is to provide the most rigorous and innovative training in order to allow the student handle all the knowledge and necessary skills to carry out his management tasks in a successful manner at any institution, public or private, in the health care sector paying special attention to the new mixed management models (public-private).

- To train managers and executives who will be able to run the processes of change and innovation that are arising in the health care sector.

- To develop the main competences in the life of the person in charge: problem analysis, research and communications-solving, teamworking, negotiation and decision-making.

Modalidad y Metodología

Los contenidos del programa MBA se actualizan de forma constante en permanente conexión con la actualidad y desde un enfoque eminentemente práctico.
